Why does my Blu vape not work?
Myblu isn’t producing any vapour This can be caused by several things: the pod may not be fully inserted, there could be some liquid or residue between the pod or the battery connection/metal conductors on the pod may have been pushed down too far. Remove the pod and check the bottom for any liquid or residue.
If your battery flashes continually, it’s an indication of a problem with the battery’s performance. To fix the issue, try cleaning the battery first. Unscrew the battery from the blu Tank™. Blow on the battery threads to make sure any extra residue is removed.
How do you clean a Blu vape?

- Take one end of the cotton swab and rub it over the battery threads in a circular motion.

- Screw the clean battery into a blu Tank™ and take a drag on your e-cig.
Why does my Blu taste burnt with a new pod?
If your blu Tank™ or Liquidpod is out of liquid, you may get a burnt taste. Throw away the used blu Tank™ and replace it with a new one. Sometimes e-liquid settles on the opposite side of the blu tank or Liquidpod which can cause a burnt taste.

Why is my vape not working?

How long will a fully filled clearomiser last before I need to refill it? Depending on your vaping style, your blu PRO device will allow you to inhale approximately 300 puffs from a fully filled clearomiser. We recommend you keep your clearomiser at least a quarter full to maintain a better flavour.
Fast flashing indicates a poor connection between the battery and charger or a problem with the battery pack. Remove the battery from the charger and then use a dry cloth or cotton swap to clean the metal contact terminals on the battery. If the flashing continues, then the battery may need to be replaced.
How do I charge Myblu?
Unfold the attached USB cord from the pack and plug it into a USB-compatible charging port. Connect the rechargeable device to the USB cord with the charging contacts properly aligned. Once your device begins charging, the red light on the end will glow and remain illuminated.
How do you take a Blu battery out?
If you are unable to unscrew the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod from the battery by hand, gently squeeze and turn the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod with pliers. Do not use the pliers on the battery! Once you have freed the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod from the pliers, discard it immediately.
How does Blu Pro work?
Screw your blu PRO Rechargeable Device into the USB Charger. Plug the USB Charger into a USB-compatible charging port. The light on the USB Charger will glow red and the tip of the device will flash to indicate that it has started to charge. Once the device is fully charged, the light on the USB Charger will turn blue.
