How do I know if my EVOD is charging?

Why is my EVOD battery not working?
Make sure it is turned on: If you are having issues charging your ego or evod battery, the first thing you want to do is make sure it is turned on. To do this press the power button 5 times in a row. You will want to press the button 5 times rapidly, in a rhythmic flow.

Can you overcharge a vape battery?

The battery contact gets dirty or depressed too far causing a bad connection to the battery. Try cleaning the connection at the atomizer and pulling up on the contact in the battery with a pick.
How do I clean my EVOD battery?
All you have to do is take your tank off of your battery, if you’re charging your battery daily you can just do this before screwing in your battery charger, then take a tissue or cotton swab and gently wipe out any e liquid build up and debris that there might be on the top of your EVOD battery.
Certain batteries will flash 3 times to indicate a short circuit. If the LED still flashes 3 times without the tank you know it’s something to do with the battery, if it only flashes when it’s connected to the tank it could be the that there isn’t a good connection, or it could be the coil head.
The 5 flashes on the battery often means that it needs a charge. Check the charger where you screw the battery in and make sure that it isn’t all gunked up with black stuff. If it is, unplug it and clean it with a Q-tip or tissue dipped in rubbing alcohol. Dry it well before you plug it back in.
If the issue is a leak, turn off your battery and take a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol and clean where the battery and cartridge meet. Another reason your battery may be flashing is because it may be dead and needs to be charged.
Why won’t my cart work with my battery?
Inspect the battery contact; it may be clogged or coated. If this occurs, wipe the contact portion with a Q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol, let the terminal dry, reconnect your cartridge to the battery and try it again. Do NOT overtighten your cartridge. Make sure your battery is turned on and fully charged.
This is often caused by a loose battery. If the battery is not screwed in properly, it won’t be able to fully charge and the indicator light will continue to blink. To fix this issue, unscrew the battery and re-screw it back in to make sure everything is firmly connected.
